AEI is a are a youth-led nonprofit driven by a bold vision to reshape the future of Africa through education, skills development, and leadership. At the heart of our mission is the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed regardless of background or geography. Through our flagship programs, we work to improve educational outcomes , equip individuals with job-ready skills, and nurture a new generation of leaders who are ready to tackle challenges in their communities .
SkillUp is a programme by Africare Edu Initiatives currently designed to empower Ghanaian
youth, aged 15-30, with essential 21st-century skills. It focuses on filling gaps in the education
system and tackling problems like high unemployment and the global divide.
GOALS
Empowering Ghanaian youth with skills to bridge education gaps and drive sustainable development.
WHO:
SkillUp targets Ghanaian youth particularly those affected by the country’s high unemployment
rates and educational system gaps.
HOW
SkillUp operates through workshops, mentorship, bootcamps, competitions, practical training
and making available open educational resource.
